The short version: Lily’s Hop Hop collects nothing about you. There are no accounts, no ads, no tracking, and no analytics. The game works with no internet connection, and everything it remembers stays on your device.
1. What Stays on Your Device
To be ready for you next time, the app remembers a few things on your device: your best score, your sound levels, whether “Taps in your hand” is on, and the place you picked for the Pond clock. This information is never sent to Lily Studio or anyone else. Deleting the app removes it.
2. What We Collect
Nothing. Lily’s Hop Hop has no accounts and no login, and it does not use analytics, crash reporting services, advertising networks, or any other third-party tracking tools. The game is carried inside the app and does not connect to the internet to play.
3. Your Location
The pond’s sky follows the real sunrise, sunset and moon. To do that, the app uses your device’s time zone setting to pick a big city in that time zone, or the place you choose in Settings. The app never asks for your location, never uses GPS, and this choice never leaves your device.
4. Purchases
Calm Pond is an optional one-time purchase. Apple processes the payment through your Apple Account. Lily Studio never sees your name, email, or payment details. Apple tells the app only whether Calm Pond has been purchased, so it can be unlocked and restored.
5. Information Apple May Share With Us
If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your device’s settings, Apple may give us anonymous crash reports and general usage numbers (such as how many people use the app). This is controlled by Apple and by your device settings, and it does not identify you. You can turn it off at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements.
6. Links Outside the App
In the app’s Settings, the Privacy policy and Contact us links open pages on thelilystudio.com in Safari, after you tap Hop Hop to open them. Those pages are part of our website, which is covered by the Lily Studio website privacy policy.
7. No Tracking, No Ads
Lily’s Hop Hop does not track you across other apps or websites, shows no advertisements, and uses no advertising identifier.
8. Children’s Privacy
Lily’s Hop Hop is a calm game for all ages, and families play it together. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children.
9. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information. Because Lily’s Hop Hop collects no personal information, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete. What the app remembers on your device is removed when you delete the app.
