By purchasing and using Lily Studio digital products (Claude AI skills, literary companions, wisdom companions, and bundles), you agree to the following terms.
What you're buying
Each purchase is a one-time digital download. You receive a .zip file containing one or more SKILL.md files designed to work with Claude AI (Pro plan or higher required). There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or usage limits on our end.
License
You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the skill files for your own purposes. You may load them into your Claude AI projects, modify them for personal use, and use the outputs they generate in your work. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the skill files themselves.
Refunds
Because these are instantly delivered digital products, refund policies are governed by the platform you purchased from. Contact Etsy, Gumroad, or Agensi directly for refund requests. If you experience a technical issue with a skill file, email support@thelilystudio.com and we'll make it right.
No warranty
Skill files are provided as-is. While we test every skill before release and stand behind our work, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes from AI-generated outputs. Claude AI's responses depend on many factors beyond our control.
