Lily’s Hop Hop is an iOS application for iPhone and iPad, developed and published by Lily Studio, a solo independent studio founded by Jessica Taylor Levine. The App is a calm frog game set in a living pond, made to be played together or left on in the background.

Lily Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure
4. Free to Play
Lily’s Hop Hop is free to download and free to play. It has no accounts, no advertisements, and no in-app purchases.
5. Free Features and Gifts
Holidays and little gifts in the App are free. Lily Studio may add, change, or remove things in the pond over time, including seasonal items.
6. Playing With Children and Leaving the App On
Lily’s Hop Hop is a calm game for all ages, and families play it together. The App does not replace supervising young children. The App can be left on for long periods; you are responsible for your device’s battery, charging, and screen settings (such as Auto-Lock and Guided Access).
7. Intellectual Property
All content in the App — including but not limited to the characters (such as Hop Hop), graphics, animations, audio, text, and code — is owned by Lily Studio or used under license, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Lily Studio does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
The App is designed as a calming, recreational game and is not a medical device and not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or other professional advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lily Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
10. The Free Browser Version
A free browser version of Hop Hop is also available on thelilystudio.com. It is part of our website and is covered by the Lily Studio website terms, not by these Terms.
11. Changes to the App and Terms
Lily Studio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date when we do. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
13. Apple
These Terms are between you and Lily Studio only, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. In the event of any third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights, Lily Studio, not Apple, is responsible for addressing that claim. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
