The short version: Calming Water does not collect, store, or share your personal information. We don’t know who you are, and we don’t want to.
This Privacy Policy describes how Lily Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the Calming Water: Baby & Toddler iOS application (“the App”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.
Calming Water is designed from the ground up to require no personal information. We do not collect:
The App uses three Firebase services provided by Google LLC. Each collects limited, anonymous technical data as described below. None of this information is linked to you personally and none of it is used for advertising or marketing.
Firebase Analytics collects anonymous usage data to help us understand how the App is used so we can improve it. This includes app opens, session duration, and general usage patterns. Firebase Analytics does not collect your name, email address, or precise location.
Firebase Crashlytics collects anonymous crash reports when the App encounters an error. This includes crash logs, device type, and operating system version at the time of the crash. Crashlytics is active only in App Store builds — it is disabled in development and test builds.
Firebase Performance Monitoring collects anonymous performance data such as app launch time and screen load times. This helps us identify and fix slowdowns. It does not collect any information that identifies you.

If you purchase a subscription or lifetime access, your payment is processed directly by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card information. Subscription management is handled through RevenueCat, which processes purchase validation data on our behalf. RevenueCat does not receive your payment card information — all payments are processed entirely by Apple. RevenueCat’s privacy policy is available at revenuecat.com/privacy.
Calming Water is rated 4+ and designed for use by parents and caregivers with babies and toddlers. The App does not collect any information from children. We do not direct our services to children under 13 and do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. The App does not participate in Apple’s Kids Category, which means it is subject to standard App Store guidelines rather than additional children’s privacy restrictions.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We have nothing to share — because we collect nothing.
The only third-party services the App connects to are Firebase (Google) and RevenueCat, as described above, and solely for the technical purposes described.
Because we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data to retain or delete. Technical crash and analytics data collected by Firebase is subject to Google’s retention policies. Purchase validation data held by RevenueCat is subject to RevenueCat’s retention policies.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information. Because Calming Water does not collect personal data that could be linked to you, there is generally nothing to access, correct, or delete. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us and we will respond promptly.
We take reasonable technical measures to protect the App and the limited technical data it generates. Because we do not store personal information on our servers, the risk of a data breach affecting your personal data from Calming Water is minimal.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
